The Local Organizing Committee for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations NIPR in Bauchi state has assured the prospective participants of a hitch free Conference.
The Chairman of the Committee Alh Kabiru Garba Aminu who gave the assurance while addressing newsmen on the level of preparedness towards a successful conduct of the event, said adequate security and logistics arrangements were made.
Kabiru Garba Aminu who is the Registrar Federal University Kashere outlined the series of activities to be conducted before and during the conference to include Tree Planting Campaign at Adamu Tafawa Balewa College of Education Kangere and the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi on eighteenth of this month.
He said , National Officials of the Institute and the participants would use the opportunity to inspect some of the major projects of Governor Bala Mohammed on nineteenth.
According to him, on twentieth which is the day of the AGM, Governor Bala Mohammed and the Emir of Bauchi Dr. Rilwanu Sulaimanu Adamu would confered with honorary fellowship of the institute.
While calling on the state government, corporate bodies, nongovernmental organizations and companies to avail themselves with the economic benefit of the occasion, the LOC chairman stressed that it’s the first time a state from the Northeastern part of the country would host the AGM.
