Yobe APC Chair, Calls on Muslims to Use Eid Period to Pray for Peace, Unity

The Chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Yobe State Alhaji Mohammed Gadaka, called on the Muslim ummah to imbibe the teaching of the holy Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.
Alhaji Gadaka made the statement at the Yobe Mosque and Islamic Centre Eid ground Damaturu, shortly after observing the two raka’at Eid prayers.
While congratulating the Muslims in the state for witnessing this year’s Eid-el Kabeer celebration, he urged them to use the period and pray for peaceful coexistence in the state and the country at large.
The Party Chairman pointed out that there will be no meaningful development without peace and unity.
He, therefore, commended the people of the state for supporting the APC at all times.
Gadaka further assured that APC led administration under the leadership of Governor Mai Mala Buni will continue to provide democratic dividends for the people of the state.
