Shun Corruption,Embrace Honesty , Commitment to Service – Gov Yusuf to Directors

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has Urged the state civil service Directors to Shun all forms of corruption and embrace honesty, dedication and selfless services for the development of the state.
The Governor stated this during a one day capacity building training organized by Kano State Public Complains and Anti- Corruption Commission for Kano State Directors,held at Dawakin Kudi Local government area.
Represented by the Deputy Governor Alhaji Abdulsalam Gwarzo said the NNPP Administration has Zero tolerance for corruption,hence all directory should be guided .
He Appeal to Participants to make make adequate Utilization of the opportunity with a view to enhance effective service delivery
In his remark the Chairman Kano State Public Complaint and Anti- Corruption Commission Barrister Muhyi Magaji Rimin Gado said the aim of the workshop was to make Civil service Directors to be abreast on how shun Corruption and all corrupt practices.
He said his agency had previously checkmate alot of misappropriation of public funds under the immediate past Administration.
” I want to implore you to be committed and dedicated ,it is not business as usual anyone found wanting would dealt with in accordance with the law”
In their separate remarks zonal Commander of EFCC and state commander of ICPC lauded the foresight of the Kano state government in collaboration with the Anti- graft agency for organizing the capacity building training with a view to fighting corruption.
