Experts in Hospitality and Tourism Management Converge in Bauchi for fourth National Conference.

Students and staff of the Department of Hospitality Management and Tourism Management Technology of the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi have been charged to use their skills to strengthen the digital techniques in the sector.
The Director General National Commission for Museums and Monuments Professor Abba Isah Tijjani Who gave the charge in Bauchi enjoined participants to use the knowledge acquired to add value to tourism and hospitality management in the country.
Professor Abba Isah Tijjani represented by the Curritor of the Commission PADAMIJO OMOLAYO emphasized that introducing digital economy in Archeology, Hospitality and Tourism would summone the challenges bedevilling the economy of the sector.
In a presention a Lecturer from University of Jos Dr. ALEX MADUGU stressed the need for the upgrade of Archeology, Hospitality and Tourism in the country in line with international standard.
Dr. ALEX MADUGU urged government to explore the sector to address challenges of unemployment among yourth in the country.
Ealier, Rector of the Polytechnic Malam SANI USMAN represented by Librarian of the school Mr DAVID DANLADI said the aim of organizing the conference was to build capacity of the participants.
Malam Sani Usman commended the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism North-East for the patnership towards success of the conference.
