The Bauchi State High Court of Justice has unveiled a new security embossed legal form and document that will be strictly issued to clients by Commissioners of Oath in the State.

He said the touts roaming around the court premises, forge legal forms and stamps to defraud innocent people, noting that some of them are staff of the judiciary, while others connived with the staff to perpetrate the illegal act.

Barrister Subilim said the legal forms and other related documents that the will be issuing to clients have multiple security features that will be impossible for one to forge and also gives it a genuine legality.
The Chief Registrar also called on Commissioners of Oath to be vigilant and monitor the activities of touts in their respective areas of jurisdictions, warning that anyone caught wanting would face the full wrath of the law.
Barrister Subilim further revealed that the high court has embarked on awareness campaign using radio, television and social media handles to enlighten the public and corporate organizations on the availability of the new security encrusted legal forms that gives validity to their documents and actions as well as other innovations introduced by the State Judiciary.
