Bauchi State Gov’t. to Reform the State Judiciary.

Bauchi state government is to constitute a committee that would reform the state judicial system
The State Governor Bala Mohammed made this known shortly after presiding over the swearing in of the state Grand Khadi, Sharia and High Court judges.
Speaking after presiding over the exercise, Governor Bala Mohammed charged them to be prudence and adhere with the rule of public service in the discharge of their responsibilities.
Governor Bala Mohammed said appointment of the Grand Khadi and the judges was to restrengthen the capacity of judiciary and facilitate speady dispensation of justice.
According to him the Special Advisers are expected to contribute meaningfully in formulation and implementation of laudable policies and programmes that will add value to the government and entire people of the state
While congratulating them for the appointments, the Governor warned that his administration will not condone laxity and any form corruption.
Speaking on behalf of the appointees the new Grand Khadi Umar Ahmed Liman appreciated the Governor for giving the opportunity and assured to live up to their responsibilities
