Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board To Partner National Orientation Agency.

Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has restated commitment to collaborate with National Orientation Agency NOA in sensitizing people of the state on Hajj activities towards successful hajj operations.
The Executive Secretary of the Board Imam Abdulrahman Idris gave the indication while receiving the State Director of the Agency on a congratulatory visit over his recent appointment.
Imam Abdulrahman Idris who expressed delight over the visit noted that NOA has contributed immensely in the enlightenment of pilgrims on hajj exercise and assured of continuous working relationship between the two bodies.
He further expressed determination to embark on sensitization campaign through various media outfits to educate intending pilgrims on processes to be followed to ensure a successful hajj operation.
Earlier, the Director National Orientation Agency NOA Bauchi Alhaji Nuru Yusuf Kobi said they were at the Board to congratulate the Executive Secretary on his recent appointment and to strengthen existing relationship in order to achieve the set objectives.
Alhaji Nuru Kobi said as the new Covid-19 Omicron variant emerges, thereby hindering visitation to the Holy land, there is need for more awareness to intending pilgrims on measures to take against contracting it.
He further called on intending pilgrims to desist from obtaining fake Covid-19 test result towards the smooth conduct of the hajj operations.
