Borno NNPP Guber Candidate vow to rebuild the State.

The Borno State Governotorial Candidate under the Platform of New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP), in the forthcoming general elections Dr Umar Alkali (Nasco) has reiterated his determination to resuscitate Borno if elected.
Dr Umar Alkali (Nasco) stated this while briefing Journalists at his residence in Maiduguri after a campaign rally conducted across some some Wards of Metropolis.
The NNPP Governotorial Candidate Borno State explained that he will first and foremost focus on the security to secure the State before proceeding to other sectors which he said the blueprint is already on ground.
He said human capital development would be accorded required priority if given mandate so as to freed Borno People from the bondage of poverty and hardship.
According to him, this will realized via robust Skills acquisition initiative where populace will be trained and empowered with grants to be self reliance, than distribution of paliative and relief items.
Dr Umar Alkali affirmed that he had empowered ten thousand (10,000) Women of Borno State extraction through one of his foundation i.e. Umar Alkali Empowerment Initiative in collaboration Yerwa Multi purpose Cooperatives where all of the beneficiaries are now engaged and earned their living.
The NNPP Governotorial Candidate Borno stress that he will implement free education in both Primary and Secondary School level including free meal to address the issue of out of School Children which constituted substantial portion triggered by more than a decade of Insurgency.
In accordance with the national manifestor of their Party (NNPP) which plans to deliver five hundred thousand (500,000) Schools across 774 local government areas of the Country, that they will not leave a single child without attending Classroom in Borno State.
Dr Umar Alkali further pledge that the NNPP administration in Borno will boost health care delivery system by substituting decayed facilities and to provide sufficient health Worker for better delivery.
He added that Borno was an agrarian Community which is in the cultivation of the both food and cash crops.
He noted that Public, Private Partnership will be adopted to develop infrastructures in the State which the Borno’s fund will not be over stressed on infrastructure only but rather develop all sectors simultaneously.
