Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa state has felicitated with Muslims ummah on the occasion of this years Eid-El-Maulud commemorating the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
In a statement signed by his chief press secretary, Humwashi Wonosikou and made available to newsmen in Yola, the governor extended his warm greetings and felicitations to all Muslims in Adamawa State, Nigeria, and around the world, and prayed that the celebration bring peace, happiness, and blessings.
While commemorating this significant event, Governor Fintiri urged Muslims in Adamawa State to deepen their commitment to the principles of peace, unity, love and harmonious coexistence.
Governor Fintiri also appealed to all Muslims to offer fervent prayers for the peace and development of Adamawa State, adding that the state is known for its rich cultural heritage and diversity, and that it is through unity and cooperation that the people can achieve even greater heights.
