Gombe SSG commends RATTAWU for quality information decimation in the state

The Secretary to Gombe State Government Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi has commended members of the Radio, Television and Theatre Art Workers Union (RATTAWU) in Gombe, for working behind the scene towards the actualization of desired publicity of Government policies and programs.

Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi gave the commendation when he received on a Congratulatory visit the State leadership of the RATTAWU Gombe state chapter Led by its Chairman Comrade Abdulmummini Abubakar, in his office.

The SSG noted that the Union membership drawn from various media organisations in the state has been playing a vital role in information decimation and commended the synergy between the Union and the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), explaining that, their collective effort resulted in activities of government getting to the people.

He also stated that Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya is appreciative of their contribution urging them to remain dedicated in the discharge of their responsibilities.

Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi assured the association of the government’s continued support within the available resources.

Earlier, the state Chairman of RATTAWU Comrade Abdulmummni Abubakar said they were in the SSGs office to congratulate him over his well-deserved reapportionment by Governor Muhammadu Inuwa describing the development as the acknowledgement of Professor Njodi’s disposition and leadership qualities and prayed God to guide and protect him in the task ahead.

He pledged the Association’s loyalty and support to Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya’s led administration.
