Gombe state government presents N400 million as compensation for Road projects

Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State has assured that, his administration would continue to partner with relivant stakeholders toward improving human capital development and creation of job opportunities for the teeming youth in the state.
The Governor gave the assuarance while on the inspection tour of some ongoing road projects within the State Capital.
Governor Inuwa Yahaya, expressed his determination towards creating enabling environment for youth to discover their talents and realized their potentials to contribute their quoter toward the development of Gombe State.
The Governor inspected the ongoing road projects in London-Maidorawa, Arawa, Mallam-Inna, Kagarawal and Anguwa Uku, as well as Bolari all within Gombe metropolis.
In the the same vain, Governor Yahaya, presented the cheque to some individuals to commence the payment of compensation to some individuals whose building structures were affected by the road projects.
Earlier, the state Commissioner of Works and Infrastructure Engr Abubakar Bappa, revealed that, about four hundred million naira has been earmarked for the payment of compensation to some individuals whose property were affected by the ongoing roads projects between Kagarawal, Mallam- Inna, Anguwa-Uku and Bolari.
