Gov Bala Mohammed Interacts with Corps Members, Calls for National Unity.

Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State says Nigeria can achieve a sustainable unity and mutual understanding through formulation of policies that will encourage accommodation of adherents of different tribes in any part of the country.

To this end, he advocated for removal of state of origin in any official document describing it as a factor that promote tribalism among Nigerians.

Bala Mohammed made the observation while interacting with Corps Members serving in Alkaleri Local Government Area of the state in continuation of Community engagement in the area.

The Governor said his administration is prioritizing security and general welfare of various communities living in the state regardless of ethno-religious differences

He commended the corps members for the meritorious services to the nation and called for initiation of Community Development Projects that would impact positively on the lives of their host communities.
