Governor Umar Namadi of Jigawa state has paid unscheduled visits to several
Ramadan feeding centers in the state capital to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the ongoing feeding
programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our Correspondent reports that, the Governor visited centers in Dundubus, Karnaya, Kaci and Limawa,
all located on the outskirts of the Dutse metropolitan area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During his inspection, Malam Umar Namadi commended some centers for their diligence and commitment to ensuring that the Ramadan feeding programme runs smoothly and effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also expressed strong disapproval upon discovering instances of
mismanagement and inefficiencies in some feeding centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He emphasized the importance of maintaining transparency, fairness, and proper hygiene in food distribution, urging those responsible to rectify any
shortcomings immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Namadi, reaffirmed his administration\u2019s commitment to ensuring
that all Ramadan feeding centers operate optimally, serving the people
with dignity and respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also assured that necessary measures would be taken to improve service delivery and address any identified gaps in the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Governor further called on local authorities and community leaders to intensify monitoring efforts to guarantee the seamless execution of the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He stressed that the welfare of the people remains a top priority for his administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
