{"id":111,"date":"2025-01-10T16:37:29","date_gmt":"2025-01-10T16:37:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radionigerianortheast.gov.ng\/?p=111"},"modified":"2025-01-10T16:37:34","modified_gmt":"2025-01-10T16:37:34","slug":"nigeria-armed-forces-call-for-collaboration-to-enhance-national-security","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radionigerianortheast.gov.ng\/?p=111","title":{"rendered":"Nigeria Armed Forces Call for Collaboration to Enhance National Security"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By Abdullahi jalaluddeen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Nigeria Armed Forces have emphasized the need for collaborative efforts among sister agencies to effective service delivery in the security sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Commander of the 3 Brigade Nigerian Army, Bukavu Barracks,Kano Brigadier General Ahmad Muhammad Tukur, disclosed this during the Armed Forces Remembrance Day Juma&#8217;at prayer held in Kano on January 10, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">General Tukur who paid tribute to the fallen heroes who lost their lives while protecting Nigeria&#8217;s territorial integrity said Nigerians Should not relent in praying for the repose of the departed fallen Heroes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He stressed that their sacrifices should never be in vain, highlighting the importance of unity and cooperation among the country&#8217;s security agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his remarks the Imam Central Mosque, Bukavu Barracks Kano Major Sabiu Muhammad Yusuf emphasized that security is everybody&#8217;s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During his sermon, the Imam quoted Quranic verses and prophetic traditions to drive home the message of security as a collective responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prayer session was attended by high-ranking officials, including AIG Zone 1 Ahmad Ammani and CP Kano Command Salman Dogo Garba.
