The Federal Government says President Bola Ahmed Tinubu\u2019s administration is steadily delivering on its promise of dividends of democracy, with visible progress in infrastructure, education, agriculture, and security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This was the highlight of a sensitization campaign organized by the Federal Information Centre, Kano, where citizens were briefed on the policies and projects of the current administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Head of the Centre, Malam Mohammed Isma\u2019il, said the exercise was designed to keep Nigerians informed about government programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said federal government has delivered various developmental projects across all parts of the Nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOur aim is to ensure people know what is being done to improve their lives across different sectors,\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a presentation, Malam Abubakar Haruna outlined key projects including the newly established North-West Development Commission, the Nigeria Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), several ongoing road projects nationwide, and agricultural interventions aimed at boosting food security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also highlighted successes in reviving the economy and strengthening national security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participants at the event said sensitization was timely, they commended Tinubu government for its initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe can see that the government is trying to restore the nation\u2019s pride. The roads and agricultural programmes are already making a difference,\u201d said Alhaji Musa Garba, a community leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For Hajiya Zainab Abdullahi, the focus on education was most commendable. \u201cThe loan fund is a welcome development. It will give our children greater opportunities to pursue higher education,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Another participant, Malam Sani Ibrahim, urged continuity: \u201cWe hope these programmes will continue so that ordinary Nigerians can feel the impact directly.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ceremony was graced by various stakeholders across the State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
