Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi State has attributed the inability to cover all the nooks and crannies in provision of physical infrastructure across the state to failure of APC members representing the state at National and State Assemblies to cooperate with his administration towards facilitating more intervention projects from federal government and donor agencies.
Bala Mohammed who made the blame during his campaign rally in Azare, the Headquarters of Katagum Local Government Area, lamented that all the infrastructural development projects executed across the state were provided by his administration without any input from the APC dominated lawmakers.
He faulted the APC Senators and House of Representatives members for not adequately representing their constituents at both Red and Green Chambers.
Governor Bala Mohammed’s PDP has produced only two out of the twelve members of House of Representatives in the state and has no any Senator from the three Senatorial Zones while the State Assembly is being dominated by the APC.
He therefore advised the electorates in the state to vote for all PDP candidates including it’s presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to allow smooth running of government and provision of uninterrupted developmental projects.
According to him, a successful administration requires collective efforts from all political office holder through harmonious relationship and teamwork for the overall interest of citizens.
The event featured Goodwill messages for the Governor’s second term candidacy and presentation of PDP flags to the Bauchi North Senatorial Candidate Alhaji Sama’ila Kaila Dahuwa and other candidates from National and State levels.
