Nahcon has expressed satisfaction with modern facilities put in place by the Bauchi Pilgrims Camp.

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria NAHCON has expressed satisfaction on the facilities put in place by the Bauchi state government in the state pilgrims Welfare Board and pilgrim’s camp.
The Director Inspection and compliance Usman Aliyu Shamaki who expressed his satisfaction in an interview with newsmen shortly after inspecting the facilities said this would go a long way in improving the welfare of intending pilgrims.
Usman Shamaki explained that manpower and modern facilities put in place by the state government are of standard and with the hope that their activities will conform with international best practice.
According to him 2006 establishment act of NAHCON has empowered them to regulate supervise and inspect all facilities of state pilgrims welfare Board in a quest to ensure that pilgrims rights are protected by provide them with best services.
He said the team will send its report to NAHCON for recommendation.
In a remark the Executive Secretary Bauchi state Muslim pilgrim’s welfare Board Imam Abdulraham Ibrahim Idris who expressed delight for the visit explained that Bauchi state government was committed towards ensuring that welfare of its pilgrims were met.
Imam Abdulraham Idris pledged the board’s readiness to abide by the laws and regulations put in place NAHCON for effective service delivery.
