NMA Assured Nigerians of Better Healthcare Delivery.

Nigeria Medical Association, NMA, has restated commitment towards providing better healthcare services to Nigerians despite the security challenges bedeviling the country.
The Chairman, Bauchi State Chapter of the NMA, Dr. Adamu Sambo gave the assurance at a News Briefing on this year’s Health Physician Week with the theme Nigeria in the COVID Era, Health System Strengthening for National Prosperity and Security held in Bauchi.
Dr. Adamu Sambo said the Association has noted with satisfaction the commitment of the government in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and assured of its readiness to fully engage members in providing better healthcare service to the people.
He said they would embark on a medical outreach, career choice and health awareness to Sa’adu Zungur Secondary School as well as Media engagements.
According to the State NMA Chairman, the Association would during the Health Physician Week assess the country’s Health sector in terms of leadership and preparedness to any outbreak in the future.
