Police establishes new tactical outfit in Yobe state.

The Yobe state command of the Nigeria Police Force has established a new tactical outfit named the Crack Squad in its efforts to calibrate and enhance public safety and security in the state.
This is contained in a statement signed by the command’s Public Relations Officer ASP Abdulkarim Dungus and made available to Radio Nigeria.
According to the statement, the development is a fast moving strategy toward ensuring visibility policing, patrol and to address the issues of farmers/herders clashes, kidnapping, Drugs abuse, Burglary, Nights trespass and related crimes.
It says the Command is committed to reduce crimes and criminalities to a bearable stand despite the challenges the police is facing in the war against insurgency in the state.
The statement added that, the Commissioner of Police urges members of the general public to sustain the continued support and maintain the cordial relationship build among community members in the fight against crimes.
