RCCG Donates 3 Dialysis Machines to ATBUTH.

Bauchi State Government has enjoined religious Organizations to go beyond Spiritual Services by offering humanitarian assistance in critical aspects of human needs.
Governor Bala Mohammed made the call at the inauguration of three Dialysis machines and other medical equipments donated to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital Bauchi by Redeemed Christian Church of God RCCG.
Bala Mohammed who was represented by Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health Alhaji Ali Babayo said government alone cannot meet all the demands of the team citizens in healthcare service provision, hence the need for collective effort.
The Governor who said his administration is determined to improving the well-being of people, commended the RCCG for complementing the effort in that direction.
While handing over the facilities to the management of the hospital, the Continental Overseer, RCCG Pastor Enoch Adeboye represented by the overseer of Bauchi and Gombe Julius Ola Lekan said the move is part of church’s Corporate Social Responsibilities as exemplified by Jesus Christ.
The Chief Medical Director ATBU Teaching Hospital Bauchi Dr. Yusuf Bara Jibrin said with the intervention the hospital has six dialysis machines noting that some of them would be dedicated for the treatment of special diseases.
The CMD who assured of proper maintenace of the facilities provided called on groups and individuals to emulate.
