YOBE NUJ Lauds Senator Bomai’s Constituency Projects

The Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ Yobe state chapter has commended the Senator representing Yobe south Ibrahim Mohammed Bomai for the execution of numerous Constituency Developmental projects in the area

The Chairman Yobe State Council of the NUJ Comrade Rajab Mohammed made the commendation when he led NUJ delegation on a project tracking tour to Yobe South senatorial zone to inspect projects being implemented by politicians in the senatorial zone.

Comrade Mohammed said the media team was set up to inspect the projects implemented by the politicians across the state in order to inform the public on the performance of their representatives.

Comrade Mohammed revealed that the team has visited the College of Administration, Management and Technology “CAMTECH” Potiskum in Potiskum Local Government, GSS Fika of Fika Local Government and GSTC Damagum in Fune Local Government Areas to monitor the ICT Centres built and equipped by Senator Ibrahim Bomai.

The team also inspected Misau and Tandari road constructed by the Senator in Potiskum town.

He added that they also went to Gadaka town and inspected the Fika water project also implemented by the Senator.

The NUJ Chairman said Senator Bomai deserved commendations for fulfilling his campaign promises and called on other politicians to emulate the Senator.

Commenting on the projects, the Registrar College of Administration, Management and Technology, Babagana Maigari, expressed satisfaction with Senator Bomai’s efforts in providing the College with the fully equipped ICT Centre.

Some of the Students of the College Jessica Zakariya and Idriss Musa said the ICT centre provided by the Senator has changed their lives by making sure learning easier for them.
