Zonal Director assures improve welfare and training for staff in modern radio broadcasting.

Zonal Director Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria North East Malam Babayo Askira while addressing staff of Peace FM during an official visit to Maiduguri.

The Zonal Director Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria FRCN, North East Malam Babayo Askira, has assured of more training for staff in the zone, to enhance their knowledge in modern radio broadcasting. 

The Zonal Director gave the assurance while addressing staff of Radio Nigeria Peace FM Maiduguri.

Malam Askira who is on a working visit to Borno state said developing capacity of staff and enhancing their welfare would improve the productivity and revenue generation drive of staff in the zone.

He however solicited the support and cooperation of the staff to move the zone to an enviable height. 

” I want to see that cooperation from you so that we can make this zone very very vibrant, at our own part we will ensure that staff welfare is been accorded priority cos welfare is the best thing that you can do for your staff. If you are discharging your duty do it professionally, that is where you will earn respect from people ” Babayo Askira said.

The Zonal Director charged staff of the station to be punctual and dedicated to duty and equally shun acts of indiscipline. 

Malam Babayo Askira announced that Peace FM would be awarded for the exemplary effort in revenue generation, urging the station not to relent. 

General Manager Peace FM Hajiya Fatima Yusuf expressed delight hosting the Zonal Director who is visiting the station for the first time since his appointment. 

She promised to accord him the maximum support and cooperation to enable succeed.
