FRCN North East Assured to Prioritise Staff Training, Welfare.

The new Acting Zonal Director, Federal Radio Corporation FRCN, North East, Dahiru Garba Mohammed has assured staff of training and retraining for improved productivity and broadcast of rich broadcast contents.

He gave the assurance in an interview shortly after taking over from the outgoing Zonal Director, Babayo Askira, held in Bauchi.

Dahiru Garba reaffirmed that under his watch, staff training and welfare would be given utmost priority, particularly in today’s fast charging world.

The new Acting Zonal Director who acknowledged the high cost of energy and epileptic power supply, assured to work in synergy with all General Managers of the seven FM stations across the zone to tackle the challenge.

Dahiru Garba expressed readiness to accommodate new and valid ideas from a cleaner to the most senior staff, calling on them to cooperate with him to run an inclusive leadership for the development of the zone.

He assured to reward dedicated and hardworking staff, warning that anyone found with laxity would be delt with accordingly.

As the fourth in series since the establishment of the office in 2013, the Acting Zonal Director promised to study the hand over notes and build upon what his predecessors put in place towards moving the zone forward.
