The Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni, has approved the appointment of Dr. Mohammed Goje as the Acting Secretary to the State Government with immediate effect.
The appointment was announced in a statement issued by the Director General of Press and Media Affairs to the Governor, Mamman Mohammed.
Until his appointment, Dr. Mohammed Goje served as the Executive Secretary of the Yobe State Emergency Management Agency.
Governor Buni urged the new Acting Secretary to the State Government to rededicate himself to the service of the state and the welfare of the people.
The Governor expressed confidence that Dr. Goje would contribute effectively toward advancing the administration’s developmental goals and public service delivery in Yobe State.
