Bauchi Health Commissioner Pledged To Improve Negative Indices In The Sector

The newly sworn in Bauchi State Commissioner for Health, Dr Adamu Sambo has charged management and staff of the ministry to accord him the necessary support to successfully deliver on his responsibility.
He gave the charge in Bauchi at an event to mark his official assumption of duty, held at the Ministry’s Emergency Operation Centre.
Dr Adamu Sambo said he is poised to bring about the needed development in the health sector, giving the numerous challenges bedeveling it.
The new commissioner said he was counting on all staff of the ministry in his quest to turn around the negative health indicators in the sector.
Earlier, presenting the heading over notes to the new commissioner, the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Ali Babayo pledged the staff unconditional support and cooperation for him to succeed. Ali Babayo assured that the goal of Governor Bala Mohammed’s administration of better health care service delivery would be achieved.
