BINANI vs FINTIRI: –Appeal Court reserves Judgement.

The Court of Appeal Abuja Division today Tuesday has reserved judgement in an appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress APC Governorship Candidate in the 2023 Governorship election conducted in Adamawa state, Senator Aishatu Dahiru Binani against Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
The reserved Judgement was sequeled to hearing in the appeal filed by the APC Governorship Candidate, Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Binani and her party challenging the victory of Governor Fintiri, peoples Democratic party PDP as well as the electoral umpire,Independent National Electoral Commission.
Aftet hearing, the Chairman of the 3-Member Panel, T. O. Awotoye said that the date of the judgement will be communicated to the parties involved in due course.
It can be recalled that Justice T.O.Uloho who led a 3-member panel during the recent Judgement delivered in Yola, the Adamawa state capital dismissed the petition and affirmed Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s victory.
