Emir Of Fika Honors Sunshine FM Reporter Mala Abdulazeez, For Outstanding Performance.

Journalist have been urged to report cases of extreme poverty, Youths restiveness and
sufferings experienced in their immediate community.
The Emir of Fika and Chairman Yobe State Council of Traditional Rulers Alhaji Dr Muhammad Abali Ibn Muhammad Idrisa made the disclosure during a reception organised to honor hardworking and dedicated journalist in his Palace in Potiskum.
He explained that Fika Emirate is a cosmopolitan Emirate, that rules without the barriers of Tribe, Religion and Ethnicity.
While presenting souvenir to the awardees, the monarch assured the Journalists of his continuous support and cooperation, whenever the need arises and doors are always open for all.
While honouring Mala Abdulazeez of Radio Nigeria Sunshine FM Potiskum, for his contributions and outstanding performance, the Emir said the awards were aimed at motivating people of the pen profession, based on the remarkable achievements recorded.
Responding on behalf of the Reporters, the Chairman of the state correspondent chapel Ahmed Isa Abba (NAN) thanked the Emir for the memorable recognition.
