Foundation Distributes Food Palliative To 2,200 Women In Bauchi State

Two hundred women in Bauchi local government area have benefited from food palliative distributed by a Non Governmental Organization, Rabo Na Jama’a Foundation.
The foundation is set to distribute two thousand two hundred of the food palliative across the state with a view to reduce the current hardship.
Speaking to Radio Nigeria during the distribution exercise in Bauchi, the State Coordinator, Rabo Na Jama’a Foundation, Hajiya Samina Alka said Bauchi and Katagum local areas were each allocated two hundred packages of the palliative considering their size and population.
She said each of the remaining local government areas of the state would get one hundred packages of the food palliative.
Hajiya Samina Alka who disclosed that the package comprised of Rice, Beans and Sugar, said the foundation is also providing other interventions to include hospital feeding and in Azare, Bauchi and Ningi local government areas of the state.
Some of the beneficiaries who spoke to Radio Nigeria, Sadiya Idi and Lami Yusuf said the food items given to them would go a long way in alleviating the current economic hardship they were facing.
Another beneficiary, Hurairatu Musa Idris expressed appreciation to Rabo Na Jama’a Foundation, for the gesture and prayed Allah to reward the brains behind it.
