Radio Nigeria, Gift FM Jalingo Receives New GM.

The newly appointed General Manager of Gift Fm Jalingo, Mallam Alkasim Bala, has officially assumed work as the pioneer General Manager of the station.
In a meeting with staff of the station, Mallam Alkasim Bala expressed delight to take on the responsibility of spear heading the station in the state, assuring that while working with every member of staff he will bring his wealth of experience to bear for the progress of the station.
He said the presence of the station in the state is to uplift the people and unite the nation and as well bridge the gap of communication between the people and the government for the development of the state.
He appealed to staff of the station to join hands together and work as a team, stressing that it is only with teamwork that the station can achieve its desired result and be the favourite of its listeners.
Earlier, General Manager of Fombina Fm Yola, Alhaji Dahiru Garba Mohammed, who accompanied Mallam Alkasim Bala to the Station, congratulated the people of Taraba state and staff of Radio Nigeria, Gift Fm, Jalingo for having Mallam Bala serve as General Manager.
He expressed confidence in the ability of the new GM to deliver based on professional ethics of the job for the growth of the station.
Speaking On behalf of the staff of the station, Engineer Joshua Tekidak warmingly welcomed the General Manager and promised that they would work with him to set the station on the path of greatness.
Before his recent appointment, Mallam Alkasim Bala served as Radio Nigeria’s Correspondent in Yobe state.
