NAHCON Commends Quality Facilities at Mina and Arafat Ahead of Hajj.

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria NAHCON has lauded the quality of facilities provided for pilgrims at Mina and Arafat, describing them as part of efforts to deliver an improved experience during this year’s Hajj.

Mina and Arafat are key sites in the Hajj pilgrimage, where millions of pilgrims from around the world gather over five to six days to observe critical Islamic rites.

NAHCON’s Deputy Coordinator Makkah Office Alhaji Alidu Shutti made this known during an inspection of the facilities at the two holy sites.

Shutti expressed satisfaction with the level of upgrades and noted that the purpose of the inspection was to ensure adequate arrangements are in place for Nigerian pilgrims.

He commended the service providers for the improvements, stating that the quality of work done justifies the commission’s trust in them.

Also speaking, the NAHCON Saudi Liaison Officer Ustaz Abubakar Lamin acknowledged the significant enhancement in services.

He assured that the commission would continue its inspections to guarantee a smooth and successful Hajj operation.
