The Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Jibril Mohammed Yusuf made this known in an interview on the sidelines of the ongoing four-day Medium-Term Sector Strategy (MTSS) workshop for Sector Planning Teams from Education, Health, Agriculture and Water Sanitation and Hygiene sub-sectors.

Jibril Yusuf explained that the initiative aims to gather public opinions and inputs for incorporation into government plans, guiding the execution of policies and programmes in line with the State Operational Plan and Governor Bala Mohammed’s “My Bauchi Plan.”

He said during the process the public are expected to submit the already filled Community Charter of Demand (CCD) template earlier given to them by the ministry, and at the same time they would be given the opportunity to express their demands verbally.

On the MTSS workshop, the Permanent Secretary said the four Sector Planning Teams are expected to study the previous MTSS document to guide them in developing their 2026-2028 activities and programmes.
