In an effort to touch lives of vulnerable in Machina town, Yobe State, over 300 residents have received life-changing medical attention, under the free medical outreach by the Madakin Gudi Foundation.
The foundation’s team, led by its Project Coordinator Hassan Kaku, arrived in the remote community bringing with them not just medical supplies, but also hope for those who have long struggled to access basic healthcare services.
Kuka said the mission was to bring healthcare to the doorsteps of those who need it most.



He said “we want the less privileged who cannot afford medical bills. This is our way of complementing the efforts of the Yobe State Government, which has made remarkable strides in grassroots healthcare.”
According to Hassan Kuka, the outreach was part of the foundation’s state-wide initiative to support Governor Mai Mala Buni’s administration, which has earned international recognition for its commitment to improving healthcare access for all.
He explained that the programme wss inspired by the need for the well-being of citizens, hence stepping forward and contribute to the communities.
For the residents of Machina, the arrival of the foundation’s medical team was more than an event, but a lifeline, offering them dignity and hope.
Our Correspondent reports that mothers in the town trooped out carrying sick children, elderly individuals with chronic ailments, and others living with untreated conditions finally found relief in the compassionate hands of the volunteers.
