NANS Zone E Frown at North East Alliance for Good governance over comments on NEDC

The leadership of National Association of Nigerian Students NANS Zone E has described the comments made by North East Alliance for Good governance on North East Development Commission (NEDC) as unfortunate and regrettable.
The Coordinator of the association Comrade Bappa Hassan Adam made the call in Damaturu,Yobe State on Tuesday and call on the general Public to disregard the said assertions as fake and aim at distracting the attention of the general Public from the good work of the Commission.
According to him,The North East development commission has done extremely well in the areas of Youth empowerment,rural and human development hence the need to applauds the Commission instead of an image tarnishing.
We cannot keep watching while an unknown and faceless organization is hired to bring all these efforts down for personal and selfish political gains and most of these organizations are are been used by Politicians.
The MD/CEO Mohammed G Alkali has done extremely well for the North East region since he assumes the mantle of leadership of the Commission.It was a result of his good track records of achievements that earned him the reapportionment for the second term by His Excellency President Bola Ahmad Tinubu GCFR.
We therefore call on all the youths and students leaders across the North East Zone to come together and support the Commission drives to bring more meaningful developments to region going by unfortunate incidents of the insurgency that almost brought the region to its knees.
The North East Youths alliance for good governance should at matter of urgency need to desist from this act of distraction as such ultimum is another fiction and we call on security agencies to investigate them for falsehood. The NEDC is doing so much to put the food on the table of a common man. They added.
