Kano Guber Judgement : Youths seek for justice at appeal court

A youths organization in Kano named Kungiyar Matasan Kano Advocacy Organization has called on judges of appeal court to ensure fair and justice during the Kano Governorship judgment.
The Chairman of the forum Comrade Alhassan Haruna Dambatta disclosed this during a media briefing organized by the forum in Kano.
He said following the recent political upheaval in the state caused by the passed judgment of the Kano State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal , the forum have resolved to the following positions.
” we believe, some politically vested interest within and outside may have connived together and concluded a plan to cause mayhem in the state using the instrument of influence to push our youths to violence “
” we believe these vested interest are all out to navigate their might to pounce on the will of the people through the of some behind the back strategy “
Comrade Alhassan Haruna Dambatta noted that the organization was seeking that the next judgment expected from court of appeal should be allowed to prevail in upholding the peoples mandate.
The Kungiyar Matasan Kano Advocacy Organization call for the probe of a recently reported complementary statement credited to one of the judges of the Tribunal against a party in the case whom he referred to as “violent and terroworist cut” ” Bandits and bitter losers”
The Non-Governmental Organization call on the judiciary to remain steadfast in the dispensation of justice , stressing that the judiciary remains the common ground where those unjustly treated and those to be unjustly treated seek and expect justice.
Comrade Alhassan Dambatta urged youths and the general population to observe and mail maintain peace at all time , geared towards achieving the set objectives.
