BASHCMA Inaugurates Committee On Informal Sector Enrollment Drive

Bauchi State Health Contributory Management Agency (BASHCMA) has inaugurated a thirty-four-man standing committee for the expansion and consolidation of the Informal Sector Component of the scheme across the state.
The Committee is saddled with the responsibility of persuading and ensuring that Artisans, Drivers, Farmers and other related individuals who fall within the Informal Sector Component of the scheme are enrolled.
Inaugurating the Committee, the Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr Mansur Dada charged the newly appointed members to work to ensure the targeted individuals were captured into the programme.
He urged the committee members to always seek clarification and consult the agency in areas of technical difficulty as that would give them the opportunity to discharge their responsibility effectively.
Speaking on behalf of the members, the Chairman of the Committee Abdulkadir Abdulkadir assured the leadership of BASHCMA of their readiness to justify the confidence reposed in them.
The thirty four members of the committee were drawn from the twenty local government areas of the state including staff of the Agency.
