Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has felicitated with the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of the 2025 Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
In a goodwill message released by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity Comrade Mukthar Gidado the Governor Governor expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for guiding the Muslim faithful through the in month of Ramadan.
He emphasized that the lessons of fasting, prayer, and self-discipline should continue to shape individual and communal actions beyond the holy month.
The governor called on citizens to use the occasion to foster unity, promote peace, and extend generosity to the less privileged, in line with the teachings of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.
He urged Bauchi residents to embrace tolerance and mutual respect across ethnic and religious lines, reinforcing the state’s commitment to peaceful coexistence.
Acknowledging the economic challenges facing the nation, Governor Mohammed assured the people that his administration remains steadfast in improving their welfare through sustainable policies and social protection programs.
The governor while praying for continued peace, prosperity and good health for all citizens wished them a joyful Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
