Radiography Day:ARN Gombe Offers Free Ultrasound Scans

The Association of Radiographers of Nigeria (ARN), Gombe State Branch, has announced that it will be providing Free Ultrasound Scans to celebrate World Radiography Day on the 6th and 7th of November.
This information was disclosed in a Press statement made available to Radio Nigeria by the State Chairperson of the Association, Aishatu Abdullahi Dukku in Gombe.
The statement outlines that the free ultrasound sessions will take place at the Herwagana Primary Health Care Center in Gombe at 8 am on November 6, 2023, Additionally, on November 7th at 8 am, the scans will be available at the Nasarawo Primary Health Care Center, Gombe.
The statement says the main objective behind this initiative is to ensure that ultrasound scans are accessible to all residents of Gombe State and its surrounding areas.
It added that Certified and experienced radiographers will be responsible for conducting these scans to achieve genuine outcomes.
Furthermore, the statement emphasizes that the Association of Radiographers of Nigeria (ARN), Gombe State Branch is committed to advancing the welfare of radiographers and improving healthcare services in their community by giving back to the community they serve.
