Lawyers Challenging Kano Guber Appeal Court Verdict, Unethical – APC Legal Team

The All Progressive Congress Lagal Team on Kano Gubernatorial Case which is before the supreme court has condemned the self-Proclaimed of volunteer lawyers supporting Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf on the Appeals Court judgment.
A member of the legal team Barrister Hadiza Nasir Ahmed disclosed this in behalf of team during a media briefing held in Kano.
she said it is disheartening to witness the lawyers challenge the verdict of the Appeal Court.
“Any Attempt to tarnish the Court’s Image or resort to blackmail is unequivocally unacceptable”
Barrister Hadiza Nasir maintained that the APC legal team implore the 200 volunteer lawyers to rise above political machinations and permit hhe the court to execute it’s duties without external interference .
“lawyers as guardians of justice must preserve the integrity of our noble progression, even when we faced with unfavorable judgements . let us collectively champion the rule of law and uphold the dignified essence of our legal system “
Barrister Hadiza Nasir noted that the APC legal team have full confidence that in the Court’s Unwavering commitment to conducting the case solely on its merit.
she added that the Kano People who were re-known for their law abiding nature voted for Dr Nasir Yusuf Gawuna ,and they remain steadfast in their commitment the rule of law.
