Northern Caucus of the House of Representatives pledges to carry out development projects in Tudun Biri village in Kaduna worth millions of naira

Northern Regional Caucus of the members of the 10th House of Representatives have pleged to spend about four hundred million naira to carry out developmental projects in Tudun Biri village to cushion the plight of community following tragic drone attack in the area.

The leader of the delegation, Alhaji Alhassan Ado Doguwa announced this when he led other members on a condolence visit to Governor Uba Sani at government House Kaduna.

He said the projects includes building of School, Hospital, Roads, Solar Boreholes among others.

“On the absolute Mandate and the consent of the Speaker of the House of Representatives that mandated this Caucus to quickly rush to visit this great city of Kaduna State with the purpose to commiserate with the government and people of Kaduna State perticulerly victims of the incident”

Alhaji Ado Doguwa revealed that, the House would come up with effective legal frame work that will enhance the performance and operations of the military and other security agencies.

According to him, they are aware that some of the laws are already obsolete, promised to ensure that, the laws are made in a way where operation in this nature particulerly interagency operation are also enhance in the best form.

“We want to ensure that our own security Architecture in the country is one that can be envy by any one in the World and we will also trying to put them in that standard form where we will not be lacking in the global expectation in ensuring peace and Stability for our people”

The Chairman of the Caucus further stated that, the business of every government in any democratic setting is for the protection of lives and property of it people.

“We are committed and we have taken an oath individually and collectively to ensure this right and previledged of our people is never at any point or any circumstances abridged”

Alhaji Alhassan Ado Doguwa said they are in Kaduna to extend condolences of the Northern Caucus and that of the House of Representative for the tragic incidental bombing of innocent people at Tudun Biri, which resulted in loss of lives and injuries, “on getting here at Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital,i want to say without any fear or Contradiction that we are quite demoralize”

According to him, the situation they found the victims in the hospital caused by the incident had left it people to unspeakable consequences.

He reaffirmed their determination and commitment as the Representatives of the people from Northern Nigeria in the flow of the House of Representatives that they must to ensure thorough investigation is conducted to fish out what actually went rung for the attack.

“We did not want to portion blame on any body at the moment but we must to ensure as the Representatives of people that, investigation is appropriately carry out and make sure that the report of such investigations are been implemented to the lighter”

He commended federal government for the welfare packages they announced as a way of commitment to rebuild the community and provide adquate security.

“We there want to ensure that as the Members of the House of Representatives, representing the greater voice of our people that we will follow up this to logical conclusion”

Responding, Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State welcomed the support of the National Assembly especially their call for investigations and the commitment to provide project worth about 400 million in Tudun Biri village.

Governor Uba Sani emphasized the need for the perpetrator of the incident to brought to justice after investigation.

According to him, if that is done, similar incident would not happen again in this country.

Governor Uba Sani Stressed the need for the National Assembly to go back to the drawing board and look at the laws that has to do with security in the country, saying that most of the laws are absolute and are not inline with the global best practices.

He urged members of the National Assembly both the Senate and House of Representatives to put head together to amend the laws for better performance.
