Sarkin Fulanin Madakin Bauchi Alhaji Adamu Manu Soro Turbans Over 40 Traditional Title Holders.

The Sarkin Fulanin Madakin Bauchi Alhaji Adamu Manu Soro in Ganjuwa local government area has turbaned over fourty traditional title holders under “Zauren Fulaku”.
Speaking at the turbaning ceremony at Soro Alhaji Adamu Manu Soro who enjoined them to be just in the discharge of their assigned responsibilities insisted that their choice was based on merit and contributions to the development of the forum.
” …. my Fulani kinsmen as you all know, Zauren Fulaku is a coalition of Fulani socio cultural organization comprises of elders, title holders like you as well as youth groups established to enhance internal security among us, ensure peaceful coexistence and prevent external attacks…” Alhaji Adamu stressed”.
Alhaji Adamu Manu Soro who is also the Special Advisor to Governor Bala Muhammad on Housing and Environment charged them to use their experience to support the present administration to sustain the peace the state is enjoying.
He cautioned people of the area especially farmers and herders against all form of disputes as no meaningful development would be achieved in chaos.
” … I also want you to work with the conventional security personnel in the state to end all form of farmers herders conflicts, youth restiveness and crimes being perpetrated for the socio economic development of the local council and the state as a whole …” Sarkin Fulani said”.
One of the celebrants, Alhaji Bala Suleiman who commended Sarkin Fulanin Madakin Bauchi for the honour done them pledged to justify the confidence reposed in them.
Alhaji Bala Suleiman who bags the title of Garkuwa explained that Zauren Fulaku under Alhaji Adamu Manu is committed to support the state government’s all security policies and programmes for the development of the state.
” … I want to use the forum to appeal to Senator Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad Kauran Bauchi to provide us with Hilux to enhance our operations as vigilante group … ” Alhaji Bala appealed.
Alhaji Bala Suleiman who is also the Commender of Zaman Lafiya Kautal Hore Hunters Association of Nigeria in the area pledged to justify the confidence reposed in them.
On his part Madakin Bauchi Dr Baba Muhammad Gidado represented by Alhaji Mudi Marafa commended the forum for establishing arbitration and reconciliation committees to address all form of cases among fulani communities.
The Chairman of the occasion is also the Commissioner of Health Dr Umar Adamu Sambo encouraged members of the forum to leave in peace and embrace farming, rearing of animals and enroll their children into schools.
“… I know the state government is fully aware of your activities as you are working with conventional security agents to ensure peaceful coexistence among heterogeneous tribes in the state ….” Dr Umar Sambo noted.
In a remark, the state Chairman Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore Alhaji Hussaini Buzaye enjoined parents to guard their children against acts capable of breaching the peace the state is known for.
Alhaji Adamu Manu Soro was turbaned Sarkin Fulanin Madakin Bauchi on the 26th March, 2022 after the demise of his father Alhaji Manu Soro to continue the arbitration among fulani fulaku communities in the area.
