Support my Quest To Restrengthen Bauchi State Finance Sector – Yakubu Begs Staff

The new Commissioner of Bauchi State Ministry of Finance and Economic Development Yakubu Adamu has solicited for the support of Management and staff of the ministry in his quest to reposition the scheme of work towards improving the state’s Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).
The commissioner who made the call after taking over the affairs of the ministry said consolidation on the achievements of Governor Bala Mohammed led administration through building on the performances of his predecessors remain his priority.
He said as a banker who interacted with officials from the ministry, acknowledged that with their support and cooperation he would deliver on his mandate.
Adamu expressed appreciation to Governor Bala Mohammed for entrusting him with the appointment and assured of transparency and accountability in running the affairs of the ministry.
Presenting the handing over note to the new Commissioner, the Permanent Secretary of the ministry Hajiya Asma’u Muhammad Sunusi congratulated him for what she described as a well deserved appointment.
In a goodwill message, the Executive Chairman of the State Board of Internal Revenue Services, Alhaji Mu’azu Usman assured to cooperate with the commissioner to enable him succeed.
