Yobe State High Court To Announce date For Final Judgement.

Yobe State High Court Of Justice sitting in Potiskum, has concluded all hearings on the murder case of Late Sheikh Goni Aisami.
The case which was between Yobe State government and two other suspects, Corporal John Gabriel and Adamu Gideon has accommodated several witnesses and evidences submitted before it, since the beginning of the trial.
Corporal John Gabriel murdered Iate Imam Goni Aisami on August 19th, 2022. on Gashuwa Road, with his AK-47 rifle and later invited his friend Adamu Gabriel to assist him tour the Honda Accord Car belonging to late Goni Aisami, which he alleged was faulty.
Both Counsels Barr. A.S Mohammed, plaintiff to the State government and Bar. D.M Dep for the defendant, made their final debate today Tuesday 17th October, 2023.
The Presiding Judge, Justice Usman Zanna Mohammed after reviewing all the evidences and submissions made by the parties, adjourn the sitting for final judgement.
According to the Judge the judgement date would be communicated to both parties.
