Radio Nigeria To Partner FRSC To Come Up With Blueprint To Enlighten Road Users

Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria FRCN North East Zone in collaboration with the Federal Road Safety Corps is to come up with blueprint programmes to enlighten road users to reduce the rates of crashes especially in Ember month.
The Zonal Commanding Officer of Zone RS 12 of the Federal Road Safety Corps Bauchi, Assistant Corp Marshall Joe Ishaya Dagwa made the request when he led a delegation to the North East Zonal Director of the Corporation Barrister Babayo Askira in his office.
Joe Ishaya Dagwa sai they are in his office to strengthen the already existing relationship and sought for areas of collaboration between Radio Nigeria and the Corps to reduce roads accidents in the zone.
He commended Radio Nigeria for enlighten road users on the dangers of over speeding and loading among others and urged it to sustain.
He also used the forum to call on road users to always abide by the traffic rules as the corps is committed to ensure safety of live and property of the people.
Responding the FRCN North East Zonal Director Barrister Babayo Askira promised to give all the necessary support to the corps to reduce the rampant cases of road accidents within the Zone.
Also speaking the General Manager Radio Nigeria Globe FM Bauchi Malam Aminu Abdullahi Gombi assured the readiness to support any federal government agency in the discharge of all their activities.
