Be Patriotic, advocate for Peace – DG NYSC Tells Corp Members

The Director General of National Youth Service Corps Brigadier General Ahmad Yusha’u has Charged Corps Members to be Patriotic and good ambassadors of the scheme.

General Ahmad Yusha’u disclosed this when he visited the NYSC permanent orientation camp kusalla ,Karaye local government area of Kano State.

He said he was impressed with how the activities were going on in the camp.

General Ahmad Yusha’u charged the corps members to be dedicated and committed in all the camp activities,with the aim of ensuring that the stated goals were being achieved.

” I am impressed with what I saw in the camp, their is coordination and committment,I urged both the Corp Members and staff to sustain the tempo”

The Director General maintained that the management of the NYSC was working assiduously in ensuring good welfare of the Corp Members.

The Director General appeal to the people of Kano State to always assist the corps members and intergrate them into the society geared towards achieving the set objectives .

In her remark the NYSC Coordinator in Kano Hajiya Halima Abdulkareem said 1734 corps members were undergoing the orientation training .

She maintained that the corps members were committed and dedicated to the camp activities.

She appealed to the Electricity distribution company in Kano to expedite action in ensuring adequate electricity supply ,aimed at improving the welfare of corps members who were undergoing the training.
