KSAC Approves Appointment of Alhaji Bashir Diso as Clerk

The Kano State Assembly Service Commission, has approved the appointment of Alhaji Bashir Diso as the substantive clerk,Kano state house of assembly (KNHA).
This was sequel to the reading of a letter, by the speaker Alhaji Isma’il Jibril Falgore, on the nomination of the clerk by, chairman of the commission, Alhaji Mu’azu Kiru.
Until his appointment, Bashir Diso was the Deputy Director Information and Publication of the house of assembly.
While congratulating the new clerk, the Speaker, described Diso as a dedicated civil servant, and expressed confidence that, he would use his wealth of experience, to move the 10th assembly to greater heights.
Similarly, the commission also confirmed the appointment of Alhaji Nasiru Magaji Yola as the substantive deputy clerk.
Meanwhile, the 2024 budget presented by Kano Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has scaled second reading at today’s plenary.
In another development, KNHA has called on the state government to construct a road from Kwanar Diga Zawachiki Housing Estate, Samegu Unguwar Kwari, Masallacin Mai Sahad, Madobi road, Danbare Primary, Mobil BUK New Site road, all in Kumbotso Local Govenment Area.
This was sequel to a motion moved by the chief whip, who doubles as member representing Madoni constituency Mudassir lbrahim Zawachiki, and seconded by the majority leader, Lawan Hussaini Dala.
